Shipping
A/V Solutions uses USPS and FedEx as our primary shippers. Small packages will be shipped via USPS with no tracking number and large items will be shipped via FedEx Ground with tracking numbers.
Orders typically take about 1 to 3 business days to process. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. A/V Solutions will notify you by email when your order ships and also provide tracking numbers if your method of shipping supplies one.
The shipping cost on orders up to $98.99 is a flat rate of $6.95. Orders $99.00 or more receive free shipping. Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and International orders are subject to additional shipping costs. if you are outside the 48 contiguous states, contact us prior to completion of payment so we can advise you of the shipping costs.
If you receive your package and it is damaged, please make sure the shipping carrier notes the damage on the carrier's receipt. You must notify us within 48 hours if you have received a damaged item and please keep all packing materials and boxes.

A/V Solutions has special arrangements with the manufacturers to drop ship directly to you on many of the items we carry. Please let us know if you prefer this.
