Warranty
All new products carry the full manufacturers warranty as specified in the manufacturers documentation. The implied warranty begins when you (the customer) receive the item.
There are no other other warranties implied and A/V Solutions shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to improper use of products.

Returns
If, for any reason, you wish to return any item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for either store credit or refund less shipping costs and a possible (negotiable) 10% restocking/processing fee providing all conditions are met (see below).
Store Refund
- Item is in new condition, unopened, unused and resaleable condition.
- Customer has contacted A/V Solutions within 14 days of reciept.
- Customer has obtained a Return Authorization number from A/V Solutions.
- Original sales receipt is included.
- Customer returns item via the same method as received with insurance.
Store Credit Only
- Item is in unused condition and resalable but the box has been opened.
- All manuals, remotes, packing materials are included.
- Customer has contacted A/V Solutions within 14 days of receipt.
- Customer has obtained a Return Authorization number from A/V Solutions.
- Customer returns item via the same method as received with insurance.
- All items sold below MSRP will be given store credit only.
We have implemented this policy to deter the "try-but-not-buy" behavior. We realize that high-end audio is an expensive hobby and we will do everything that we can to educate you and steer you towards the correct product for your application. If you aren't quite sure about a certain item, please feel free to contact us so your transaction will be as smooth as possible. We feel that our possible (negotiable) restocking fee is more than fair considering the time and cost of being in business.
Please note that if you received free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded or store credit amount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items not returned that does not meet the above listed conditons.
- Item past the 14-day return period as outlined above.
- Items that are damaged
- Items that do not have a Return Authorization number.
- Custom sized cables.
- Special ordered products.
- Pre-owned or used items.
US Payment Methods
A/V Solutions accepts payment through PayPal including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks but will require these forms of payment to clear the bank before we can ship the item, usually 5 to 7 business days.
All checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.
Alaska and Hawii Shipping Costs
All Alaska and Hawaii customers, please email us at info@avsolutionsca.com prior to submitting your order through our shopping cart so we can calculate the additional shipping charges for your area. If you submit your order without contacting us your payment will go through but your order order WILL NOT be processed until the correct shipping costs are paid.
International Payment and Information
International orders are welcome but you must contact A/V Solutions via email at info@avsolutionsca.com with your full name, address, phone number and a list of items you wish to purchase before you can order.
International orders will not be processed though our shopping cart. Instead, we will email you instructions which will have all the pertinent information for ordering.
Payment for all International orders will be accepted via wire bank transfer only or via PayPal from Verified Members only. It will be A/V Solutions sole discretion on which payment method we will accept.
A/V Solutions shall not be responsible for delayed, mishandled or lost shipments.
Sales Tax
California residents will be required to pay 8.75% sales tax on all orders.
Price Match Guarantee
- Items must be from a US Authorized Dealer
- Items must be new in the original box
- Items must be a current catalog item
- Items must be identical
- Items must be advertised in US dollars
- Items that are Demo, used, B-Stock, discontinued and from an auction site of any kind do not qualify for price matching
